Welcome to Masterpiece Furniture Makers ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Masterpiece Furniture Makers regarding your use of our Services.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
1.3 Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2.1 We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors, textures, or wood grains will be completely accurate.
2.2 All furniture is handcrafted from natural materials. Variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics that enhance the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.
2.3 Product dimensions are approximate. Actual measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify product designs, materials, or specifications without prior notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Masterpiece Furniture Makers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
3.2.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
3.2.2 We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and select digital payment platforms.
3.2.3 For custom orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation, with the balance due prior to delivery.
3.2.4 Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or installation unless explicitly stated. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.
3.3.1 Custom furniture orders require a detailed design consultation and signed agreement before production begins.
3.3.2 Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, except by mutual agreement with applicable cancellation fees.
3.3.3 Lead times for custom pieces vary based on complexity and current workshop schedule. Estimated completion dates are provided but not guaranteed.
4.1 We offer white-glove delivery service for most locations in India. International shipping may be available upon request.
4.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, transportation delays, or custom clearance may affect delivery schedules.
4.3 Someone must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available, additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduling.
4.4 Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
4.5 For large items, ensure your space has adequate entryways, staircases, and elevators to accommodate delivery. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to inaccessible spaces.
5.1.1 Unopened, unused standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
5.1.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5.2.1 Custom furniture cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or significantly different from the agreed specifications.
5.2.2 If a custom piece arrives damaged or doesn't match specifications, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
5.3.1 Our products come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
5.3.2 The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or commercial use.
5.3.3 Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the alleged defect.
6.1 All content on our website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Masterpiece Furniture Makers and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.
6.3 Custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of Masterpiece Furniture Makers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
When using our Services, you agree not to:
8.1 Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2 We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masterpiece Furniture Makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
8.4 Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service at issue.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Masterpiece Furniture Makers and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2 Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.
10.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
12.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
12.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
12.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Masterpiece Furniture Makers regarding your use of our Services.
